Rochelle Thornton

Rochelle grew up in Rotorua and returned to the Bay of Plenty after studying and starting her career in Auckland. She has been a lawyer for over 15 years and has been the Director and owner of Beach Law Papamoa since April 2017.

Rochelle has a knack for explaining complex and confusing legal processes in a simple and understandable way. She loves connecting with her clients and working alongside them to help them achieve their goals no matter their age or stage.

Rochelle changed from her maiden, Rochelle Belworthy, after she and her husband, Bradley, eloped in 2020; they took a helicopter ride and were married at the stunning Lake Quill in Fiordland National Park! When time permits Rochelle enjoys life’s simple pleasures: a pink gin, a good book or a sleep in!
